Was your account suspended?

There are a number of reasons why we might need to close your  Töko cy account. 

We can't tell you the specific reason why we closed your account, but we will deactivate accounts that we believe go against our Terms of Use. Always check the Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy. Customer Support doesn't have the ability to view the specific reasons why.

We reserve the right to close an account under certain circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate accounts (unless otherwise agreed)
• Security breaches
• Posting prohibited items
• Multiple reports against your account

At Töko cy, we approach deactivations with careful consideration. We recognise the inconvenience they may cause and are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for our users.
